(B) To be quiet, silent, not to stir or move. Mostly used with pa-. Nagapabánok gid lang siá bisan ánhon mo sang ákig. He just keeps silent, though you are angry with him, scold him, etc. (see bánol).

Nagakahanóklog akó sa íya. I pity him. Ginakahanóklog ko ang íya malisúd nga kahimtángan. I am touched at his sad condition. (see hinóklog, áwà, lóoy, ngír-o).

Piteous, miserable, forlorn, wretched, doleful, pitiful, exciting sympathy or compassion. (see hanóklog, mahinoklógon-tender, gentle, compassionate).
