Dull, hollow, flat, cracked, discordant, dissonant, jarring (of sounds as of a broken bell); out of tune, inharmonious (of the human voice); to be dull, flat, etc.; to be a chatterbox. Nasalaksakán akó sang íya nga tíngug. His voice seems to me to be out of tune or discordant. (see sagáksak).
