Meaning of túgtug

A grallatorial bird, larger than the tulábong and smaller than the dógwak; a kind of large rail, mudhen, marshhen.

To beat or strike a drum, or the like. Tugtugá ang bómbo. Beat the drum. (see bágtol, túltug, patík).
