Infirmity of purpose, evasion, wavering, hesitation, demur; to act irresolutely, etc., but mostly constructed with a negative particle and hence having a positive meaning: Resolutely, thoroughly, vigorously, without hesitation or wavering of purpose. Ginhánot níya siá sa waláy dugádúga. He gave him a good thrashing. Indì mo pagdugádugáhan ang paghákot sing humáy, ang paghákwat sing batô, etc. Carry rice, lift stones, etc., with right good will. Dim. and Freq. of hugáb. Bunálon ka karón sang ímo amáy sa walâ sing hugábhúgab, kay ígò lang ikáw sang lágaw. No doubt you will get a good beating from your father to-day, as you are always loafing about. (see dugádúga).
