They look up to him with great respect (reverence). They honour (value, appreciate) him highly. Walâ na silá pagtahâ sa íya. They do not show him respect any longer. To raise, lift up (the heart, the eyes, etc.); to raise to a higher social position, promote, elevate, advance. Itíb-ong mo ang ímo kasíngkásing sa lángit. Lift up your heart towards heaven.
