To raise the eyebrows, give the hint, wink at, signal to another by moving the eyebrows. Nagapangiláyay silá. They are-winking at each other,-signalling to each other with their eyebrows. (see kílay).


(H) To wink at one another, pass a hint-, to signal-, to another by moving the eyebrows (said of more than two). (see kílay, pangiláy).
