To prefer, have rather, choose rather, set above, esteem more highly. Pasolabihá (Pasolabíha) ang matárung nga pangabúhì sa umalági nga mga kalípay. Prefer an honest life to passing pleasures. (see labí).

A kind of an ulcerous skin-disease. Its scabs resemble the scabs of burns. Hence the name.

To nurse at the breast, give suck to, suckle. Ang ilóy nagapasóso sang bátà. The mother is giving suck to the baby. Pasós-a (pasóswa, pasosóha) ang bátà. Nurse the baby at the breast. (see pa, sóso).
